To round out her training, Kelly believes strongly in the benefits of yoga, both for the body and the mind. She loves to share her knowledge in order to help others prevent injuries and to live a healthier lifestyle.

Kelly is also committed to providing education on injury reduction, particularly in children, because she strongly believes that playing safe and smart can enhance and extend a child’s athletic career, improve teamwork, reduce obesity and create a lifelong love of exercise and healthy activity.
