Kelly Christie

Kelly Christie has been interested in health and wellness since a young age. Kelly graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1996 and has worked in a variety of settings (hospital and private) with an emphasis on sports medicine, womens’ health, pediatrics, back and neck care and injury prevention.
Kelly offers a new and different approach to Physical Therapy. An approach that is focused on helping you take the next step in a journey to rebuild your body, mind and spirit.
On top of being a physical therapist, Kelly is a mother of 4 and is an avid athlete. She loves to ski and often jokes that if there is a good snowfall, you might have more luck finding her on the slopes than in the clinic. She also loves to run and has competed in half marathons. To round out her training, Kelly believes strongly in the benefits of yoga, both for the body and the mind. She loves to share her knowledge in order to help others prevent injuries and to live a healthier lifestyle.
Kelly is also committed to providing education on injury reduction, particularly in children, because she strongly believes that playing safe and smart can enhance and extend a child’s athletic career, improve teamwork, reduce obesity and create a lifelong love of exercise and healthy activity.
Kelly has completed post graduate courses in: McKenzie Back and Neck Approach - levels A,B,C,D and E Torticolis and Plagiocephaly Louis Bly - Neurodvelopment Training Baby Course Pelvic-Perineal Rehabilitation Orthopedic Manual Therapy
